  • I somehow managed to book a table here 15 minutes before arriving on the evening of 14th Feb.

We went for the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings (essential) and the Umee Platter. The sushi was decent, the uramaki was the highlight for me, and the presentation wasn't too bad either.

  • We visited Umee Sushi for the first time today and it was delicious! The restaurant was relatively quiet, the music was descreet and the decor is very pleasant. Some people in the reviews mentioned it's too quiet, but we really enjoyed this as we could actually talk to each other without shouting. Service was brilliant and the waitress was very polite and explained the dishes well. Miso soup was 10/10. Yakisoba noodles delicious, although slightly to salty for my taste. Ramen with veggie gyozas was superb and a really large portion. Mochi with green tea were bitter, but really interesting and pleasant. Jasmine tea was also 10/10. The waitress said they use loose leaf tea. Prices are very reasonable considerin is Chapel A. We will definitely be back again 😀
